New Touch Solutions at CeBIT 2009
from the Leader in Touch Elo TouchSystems.

CeBIT – Hannover, Germany – 3 – 8 March 2009. Tyco Electronics’ Elo TouchSystems business unit will have two stands at this year’s CeBIT – Stand D50 in Hall 25 and Stand E36 in Hall 17.

On the main stand - Hall 25, stand D50 - the leader of touch will exhibit a complete overview of the largest product portfolio in the industry: desktop touchmonitors in various sizes (including a 42”!), chassis touchmonitors in standard and widescreen format, and touchcomputers for various applications. In addition, Elo TouchSystems enhanced touch technologies as well as their brand new touch technologies will be there for the public to discover for the first time.

• Our new zero-bezel touchmonitors combine aesthetic elegance with world-class durability. The 1900L and 2200L, 19” and 22” respectively, are the first zero-bezel wide-aspect ratio touchmonitors in the market. This zero-bezel design removes the frame, or bezel, of standard monitors to create a seamless glass surface designed to showcase the wide-screen, high-definition experience that today's consumers have come to expect from all forms of video. The 1900L and 2200L come with the state-of-the-art Acoustic Pulse Recognition (APR) touch technology that combines the benefits of all other, major touch technologies.
• At CeBIT we give a sneak peak of our customization capabilities, our multi-touch solutions and our new touch technologies for handheld applications.

On our second stand - Hall 17, stand E36 – Elo TouchSystems shows the new 15D1 touchcomputer. This 15” unit represents a whole new direction in All-in-One solutions for retail and hospitality environments. A versatile and highly functional touchcomputer for POS applications, the 15D1 features an elegant and slim design with a footprint sized to match standard cash drawers. In addition, its exceptional performance, enhanced field serviceability and extended connectivity options only add to its attraction.
